The Rockstar Games website was recently updated and a detail may have anticipated the arrival of Bully 2.
During this month, rumors began to emerge that the long awaited sequel of the 2006 Rockstar classic would be revealed soon.
Since then, however, mixed rumors have emerged that Rockstar Games would be returning to work on Bully, but not for a sequel but for a remastered of the first, and so far only, chapter.
Unfortunately, for now, there is no way of knowing who is right and who is wrong. In any case, there now seems to be even more evidence than something is actually moving.
On the Reddit page dedicated to Bully 2, fans of the Rockstar Games series have reported that the Rockstar Games website has been updated with a new logo, the same used by the company at E3 2005 shortly before the announcement of the original game. On the surface, it could be a foretaste of the future of Bully, but for this it cannot be endorsed by official information.
Rockstar changes logo. Posted on the Bully 2 subreddit. It seems very curious that they decided to use this particular logo from 2005 E3. from GamingLeaksAndRumours
The tweet that was the source of the news has been deleted, but below is the content:
Rockstar has updated the logo on their website with a different crest. The folks at Bully2 dedicated Reddit looked into this and apparently it’s the same logo they used for E3 in 2005, just before Bully was originally announced.
Coincidence or clue?
Rockstar Games has a reputation for changing its logo depending on the upcoming game. For example with Red Dead Redemption 2 Rockstar changed its logo in the version red and black.
Unfortunately, for now, all this is the result of speculation. At the time of this article’s publication, Rockstar Games has not commented on these rumors in any way and it is very likely that things will stay that way over the next few days.
