There is no shortage of fans who are waiting for a sequel to Bloodborne. But in the current circumstances it does not seem that it will be possible. But that does not mean that this intellectual property cannot be expanded to other media, such as comics.
That’s what came out this week. A new line of comics is on the way, which is published by the publisher Titan Comics. It is an adaptation inspired by the universe of this video game.
Bloodborne comic will be out in April
The synopsis of this work says ‘enter the city of Yharnam through the eyes of its citizens, as the new hunters take to the streets to fight against the cruel and unusual epidemic that has gripped this city’.
Later, it can be read ‘in the dark of night, families and faith will be tested’. For what was announced after the first number, a complete line will be launched. It seems that there are ideas to take advantage of.

It’s the start of a new line of comics
In the same month of May, but towards the end of this, the line of comics of Bloodborne. It is interesting that this game first gets an adaptation in the form of a western comic before a manga.
Especially because it is a title developed by a Japanese studio such as FromSoftware. From what can be seen, the artists involved have recreated the elaborate aesthetics of this adventure well.
Although it seems that Bloodborne will not have a sequel — although that depends on FromSoftware Y Sony — has managed to expand to other media.
In addition to the world of comics, it has had its own board and card games. Perhaps the next step would be an adaptation to the world of cinema or television.
But recreating what appears in this title in said media requires a heavy investment in special effects. We’ll see what the future holds.
