The one from Lorca signs a great task to a Sancho bull back to the ring
The last bullfight of the Santisteban Fair announced a poster with two top figures, such as the Peruvian Roca Rey and the Lorca Paco Ureña, opening the place for the local bullfighter Juan Luis Pizarro, announcing his farewell from this place.
The bullfight had two well-marked parts, the first due to the lack of strength of Sancho Dávila’s bulls and the second in which the afternoon came to an end, with three motorized bulls, noble and enrazados. As a whole, Pizarro took the most complete lot. The one from Úbeda paraded an affectionate trophy from the first of the afternoon, a noble animal from Sancho Dávila, who left the right-hander very much. He killed on the first try.

The fourth was a bull with a motor and larger in volume than the first three. He offered the jienense to Ureña. The music band masterfully interpreted the pasodoble that animated the stands and also the bullfighter, who had the favor of the countrymen when he managed to settle the shoes, in an uneven job. Accurate with the sword, he was rewarded with the ears, which opened the big door for him.
Paco Ureña offered an excellent level throughout the afternoon. He greeted the second of the celebration well in cape, both in the rhythmic verónicas and in the chicuelinas to the step to take the bull to the horse and in the remove by the same stick, finished off with long cordovans. He promised the beginning of the task, by statuary, and the first series, a very deep natural one, but the bull was fading until he reached the final ballet flats, in which the bullfighter adjusted. He had his ear in his hand, but two punctures made it fly. He greeted a standing ovation.
He left the fifth almost without itching, to whom he made a remove for aprons finished off with a revolera. He offered his work to the public. The bull had a lot of quality and little punished in rods, it lasted a long time. Paco Ureña, who toasted the respectable, taught him to charge from below in beautiful crutches with a bent knee, to then put on a great job. He tied the batches in the round with fullness, hit the shots, both from below and with those from the chest, he pressed to the natural and fought until he heard a warning when the request for the pardon of the bull of Sancho Dávila arose. Bull back to the ring and task of maximum trophies, which he was left in two appendages when Lorca’s punctured his work of art before finishing with a detached sword blow. Nice to see the best Ureña again.
Easy with the cape was Roca Rey with the third. The bragado had little strength, which led to a job as a nurse and medium heights, which Roca shortened due to the lack of connection with the stands, which also criticized him for the punctures.
Spurred on by Ureña’s victory in the fifth, the Peruvian made a mess of him at the end of the afternoon, a great bull, cheerful, prompt and with a run. He toasted the people and in the media he began his task by chaining passes exchanged from behind without correcting the plant. Then he ran his hand widely through both pitons, in linked series, to finish where the Peruvian likes the most, in the short distance, between the pitons. A full lunge, preceded by a puncture, gave way to the concession of the two ears and the exit of the shortlist on shoulders through the front door.
