Ayuso’s partner sues the leader of Más Madrid for calling him a “criminal” and asks for 20,000 euros

Alberto González Amador has denounced the Más Madrid spokesperson for calling him a “criminal.” Manuela Bergerot has announced on her Twitter account that she has just received “a complaint from Ayuso’s boyfriend and she intends to ask me for 20,000 euros.” The regional spokesperson maintains that this complaint seeks to “silence them.”

As El Debate has reported, González Amador’s lawyers have registered a prior conciliation demand in which they ask Bergerot to rectify these statements and compensate them for 20,000 euros in “moral damages.”

Through their lawyer, Ayuso’s partner demands that Bergerot retract what he said in an interview on Telemadrid this Wednesday, as well as the subsequent message on the X network in which he reiterates that Ayuso’s partner is a confessed criminal of as follows: “The president’s boyfriend is a criminal, he himself has confessed it, and today I made it clear to this talk show host on Telemadrid. Pocketing 2 million euros, defrauding the Treasury of €350,000, deducting Rolex taxes and trips with Ayuso is not about being an exemplary citizen.”

After communicating this demand, Bergerot replied to the businessman: “Mr. Amador: you already have too much work in the courts to go around complaining. Watch out for Chiron.”

The text sent to the spokesperson for Más Madrid demands that the latter deviate, “refraining from the future from participating in similar events”, otherwise “the judicial protection will be reiterated for protection against the continued injuries of the fundamental rights of D Alberto González Amador for you and his definitive termination.”

Bergerot made it clear this morning in the plenary session of the Madrid Assembly that he does not contemplate such an alternative. “The reality is that Mr. Alberto González Amador is going to go ahead with his business dealings with Quirón and we are going to end up knowing the whole truth,” he insisted, after asking Ayuso if his partner should be referred to as a “fraudster.” “, “delinquent prosecutor” or “fraudster”, since he does not like “criminal”, given that Amador himself “has admitted in writing that ‘crimes were certainly committed'”, in reference to the email sent by his lawyer to the prosecution in which he proposed a pact to avoid prison.
