Athletics Raitanen’s pace improves in the obstacle course, in Ostrava it fell below 8.25

Topi Raitanen ran 8.24.62 in the men’s top season in the 3,000-meter hurdles in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Raitanen placed seventh in the tough club.

The competition was overwhelmingly won by the runner-up in Tokyo last summer Lamecha Girma, which crossed the finish line in time 7.58.68. The Ethiopian’s result is the first eight-minute underperform of the season.

Raitanen ran an obstacle course for the second time this season, and the pace is improving. Just over two weeks ago in the Diamond League race in Doha, he ran for 8.38.75. Raitanen’s record is 8.16.57 two years ago.
