Assassin’s Creed Shadows is the official title of Codename Red: Ubisoft announced it, revealing that the first trailer of the game will be presented the day after tomorrow, Wednesday 15 May, at 6.00 pm Italian time.
“Assassin’s Creed Codename Red becomes Assassin’s Creed Shadows”, reads the post published by the French company on Twitter. “Tune in May 15th at 6pm for the official cinematic trailer.”
The animated image accompanying the ad depicts what it looks like a street in modern-day Tokyodecorated with signs and a small altar in the center while, in the distance, some people move around on bicycles.
The wait is almost over
Since its announcement in September 2022, Assassin’s Creed Codename Red has sparked the enthusiasm of many fans of the Ubisoft series due to the setting, which will finally take us into Feudal Japan: a scenario that users have been asking for for years.
A handful of hours more and we will find out whether the rumors that have been circulating about the game for some time are true or notwhether we will have two playable protagonists and what their characteristics will be, but above all what foundations this chapter will lay for the future of the brand.
