Ubisoft and Ubisoft Quebec have officially announced the launch of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, out November 15th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC. The launch price is 69.99 euros, with the possibility of pre-ordering the game right now. Players who pre-order will receive a bonus mission titled “Thrown to the Dogs.” In addition to the standard edition, Gold and Ultimate editions will also be available, each offering additional benefits for hardcore fans. The Gold Edition includes the base game, three-day early access, season pass with two future expansions. The Ultimate will also include the Ultimate Pack, containing the Sekiryu Character Pack, the Hideout Pack, five skill points and the Red Dragon filter for photo mode.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows promises an epic historical action adventure set in feudal Japan. Players will be able to take on the role of two main characters: Naoe, a shinobi assassin, and Yasuke, a legendary samurai. The setting is a vast open world that ranges from fortified cities to busy ports, through tranquil sanctuaries and war-torn landscapes. Naoe excels at stealth and agility, while Yasuke dominates with deadly precision and power. Ubisoft said that ‘exploring the world of Shadows allows players to create a network of spies to gather vital intelligence and recruit new allies with unique abilities. Players will be able to create and customize their hideout, train their team, craft new equipment and interact with key characters, choosing layouts, decorations and accessories for the base.
