Saddle castle was traded on the Oikotie service a couple of years ago. Evening News said at the time that the castle, located on a 2.6 – acre seaside plot, is a whopping 350 square feet in size.
In addition to the sturdy luggage built of stone, the store included a 325-meter shoreline, a garden, a pond, horseback riding trails and a pier that can accommodate even a larger boat.
Real estate agent Hannu Savolainen described the site as “very exceptional” at the time. According to him, as he walked through the saddle castle, the gaze was fixed on more special details, such as the red and white oak wood surfaces and the limestone slabs embedded in the steps.
He said the building was built by the family in 2004 for his own use.

“They had been looking for a suitable destination in Finland for a long time, because they like Finland a lot and want to move here retired,” says Qui.
The fishing price for the whole was 2.5 million euros, but according to Quin, the couple paid less for it. He does not want to reveal the exact price.
“It requires a lot of renovation and refurbishment inside and out. In any case, the house and the garden are already a rare entity. ”
Qui says the owners say the plan is to be environmentally friendly and self-sufficient in energy.
Quin according to the couple does not want publicity. They are supposed to move into the castle to live in, but now they are renting it out for various occasions.
According to Quin, the castle has had time to hold a few private events once the word has passed. On Airbnb, he hopes the castle will also find a wider user base.
“It could be a good fit for a wedding, for example,” Qui says.
The house can accommodate 8-10 people, but the number of people per day is not limited.
