The Juve coach had previously asked (in vain) to reduce the check from 10 thousand to 5 thousand euros: “The financial situation has changed”
A legal battle by stakes, which is becoming a war with stamped cards. Max Allegri denounced her ex-partner, Claudia Ughi, accusing her of having allocated part of the monthly sum (10 thousand euros) intended for the maintenance of the child for another purpose: the accusation is of embezzlement and violation of the obligations of family assistance.
Already in January 2021, the Juventus coach had asked the Court of Turin to reduce the amount to be paid for his son (from 10 and 5 thousand euros per month), pointing out that he had been “unemployed” for two years, after the exemption of Juventus, and therefore arguing that his economic situation had changed: the appeal, however, was rejected at both the first and second levels of judgment.
New litigation

The couple’s separation dates back to 2017, after thirteen years of cohabitation: for the child, born in 2011, a shared custody was immediately established, with a monthly maintenance allowance paid by the father to a dedicated current account. In the new appeal, Allegri claims to have discovered that the former would have spent part of the sums for purposes other than the needs strictly related to the child: this would be inferred from the statement of account, which would highlight extra payments such as the university tuition of the other daughter of the woman, born from a previous relationship.
The investigation was entrusted to the Guardia di Finanza and is coordinated by Deputy Prosecutor Davide Pretti. The woman, assisted by the lawyer Davide Steccanella, will have to go to the public prosecutor’s office on 5 July. While Allegri, the civil party, will be represented by the lawyer Pietro Gaetano Nacci Manara. Allegri’s ex-partner is charged with something like 200 thousand euros of undue expenses over the three-year period 2019-2021.
