The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Tadawi Group, Marwan Ibrahim Al-Haj Nasser, confirmed to “Emirates Today” that the agreement enables Al-Futtaim Healthcare Group to transfer about 70% of its patients to the group’s clinics and hospitals, and doctors on both sides can obtain a license to work in any of the two groups. He added, “The group owns about 12 clinics, while the Al-Futtaim group owns 15 clinics, all of which will work as an integrated unit, achieving the highest levels of health care and flexibility in the movement of doctors and patients.”
