It is becoming increasingly difficult to fly to Ukraine from Western Europe. Lufthansa and Swiss Air have also stopped flights to the country as of this week, the two companies announced last weekend. Those airlines say they will not fly to Ukraine until Sunday.
Budget airlines Ryanair and Wizz Air do fly for the time being. Ryanair previously indicated that it sees it as its duty to continue flying for as long as possible. Wizz Air flies from Eindhoven to the capital Kiev and to Lviv in western Ukraine. On Monday afternoon, a flight to Kiev will leave according to schedule.
