The new guarantee system used by the Ministry of Health to monitor the performance of the Regions is not adequate for the changes that have characterized healthcare since 2019. Salutequità highlighted this in the second Report presented in Rome, entitled “Evaluate well to guarantee equity. Recommendations for equity in the New System for guaranteeing Essential Levels of Assistance”.
