H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi a delegation of the Abrahamic Peace Accord, including evangelical leaders, businessmen and media. His Highness and the delegation of evangelical leaders headed by Joel Rosenberg reviewed a number of important files and issues, including tolerance and peaceful coexistence, and the importance of spreading these lofty values throughout the world.
They also exchanged views on the importance of the Abrahamic Peace Agreement in opening wider horizons for achieving peace in the region, and taking advantage of the opportunities available to enhance joint cooperation in all fields. His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the delegation of the Abrahamic Peace Agreement from evangelical leaders, stressing the importance of strengthening joint action in order to take advantage of the opportunities available to achieve development and sustainable development for the peoples of the region.
His Highness also stressed that peace leads to stability, development and building societies based on the values of tolerance, coexistence and human brotherhood, noting that the UAE is keen to cooperate with its brothers and friends in the region and the world, in order to achieve these noble goals and consolidate peace, security and stability in the region.
His Highness praised the role played by the Ibrahimi Peace Accord delegation from the evangelical leaders in emphasizing the promising opportunities available to the countries of the Abrahamic Agreement for cooperation and partnership, for a future full of stability and development for their peoples. For their part, members of the delegation affirmed the leading position of the UAE as a global beacon of tolerance, coexistence and human brotherhood, praising the outstanding and important efforts undertaken by the state to achieve peace, security and stability in the region.
