At least eight people have died and 17 others have been injured after a knife attack at a vocational training school in Yixing county, eastern China.
The event took place around 6:30 p.m. local time (11:30 a.m. Spanish peninsular time) this Saturday, when a 21-year-old former student named Xu He entered the premises to “vent his anger”as reported this Saturday in a statement by the Yixing Public Security Bureau on its official account on the WeChat social network.
According to the document, Xu would have wanted revenge for not having received his graduation diploma after having failed exams and due to his “dissatisfaction” with the remuneration he received as a trainee.
