A man was seriously injured this Wednesday afternoon when he was installing solar panels in Avileses, Murcia, and some iron fell on his legs from the roof of a house. The Murcia Region 112 Emergency Coordination Center received the notice reporting the event at 2:16 p.m.
An inspector from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of the Region of Murcia and a Mobile Emergency Unit (UME) from the 061 Health Emergencies and Emergencies Management immediately went to the scene.
Health personnel stabilized the injured man, a 48-year-old man, ‘in situ’ and transferred him to the Virgen de la Arrixaca hospital with trauma to one leg and one arm.
