The 15 -year -old accused, along with two others, of the murder of a social educator, María Belén, CF, in Badajoz has tried to assault another professional this weekend at the Marcelo Nessi Children’s Center, where she entered last Monday after giving a statement before the judge.
This minor tried to assault a social educator of that center for compliance with judicial measures, which manages the Board of Extremadura, but the guards managed to reduce it and, since then, is in isolation.
The judge decreed the precautionary income of the three minors involved in the violent death of María Belén CF, two 14 and 15 -year -old boys, and a 17th girl, at the Marcelo Nessi minors center. They are found in different modules to avoid communication between them waiting for the trial to be celebrated.
The three involved participated, allegedly, in the violent death of their caregiver last Sunday night, who was alone making the turn in the villa where young people fulfilled judicial measures, despite the fact that they had open numerous incidents for their conflicting behavior. The victim’s body presented numerous blows and, apparently, died suffocated with a belt.
After the event, they stole the educator’s car to flee to Mérida where they were arrested early Monday and made judicial.
