Admits for processing a lawsuit from a private lawyer who questions Vox’s internal guarantee system
The Court of Instance number 82 of Madrid has admitted for processing a lawsuit from a private lawyer in which he asks the justice to provisionally suspend the appointment of Macarena Olona and the rest of the Vox candidates for the regional elections on June 19 . The lawyer, PFM, asks the justice to annul “certain articles of the statutes” of the formation led by Santiago Abascal, for being “contrary to the current legal system”, in particular for having allegedly circumvented the guarantees of internal democracies with its system of guarantees.
The lawyer of the administration of Justice has summoned both parties (complainant lawyer and Vox lawyers) for June 14, just five days before the Andalusian elections, in order to hear their versions. According to all the sources consulted, the demand has “no route”.
Be that as it may, the complainant lawyer assures that Vox’s internal guarantee system fails to comply with “the necessary guarantees provided for by our Spanish Constitution, which are none other than the democracy that is required within the political parties, thereby causing collective damage was avoided.
