A cold winter is forecast in the United States for the coming season

During the month of February, the United States registered high temperatures, a situation that was seen by many citizens as the beginning of spring. However, the Climate Prediction Center of this country issued a warning about the low temperature that will be recorded this weekend.

These low temperatures can bring some snow: “I’m cautiously optimistic for snow lovers, as it could snow in the mid-Atlantic and other areas that haven’t had any snow at all,” said Jon Gottschalk, head of the Prediction Center. NOAA Weather Report.

Temperatures are expected to be at least 8°C below normal: “Much of the cold has been bottled up in the Arctic for much of this year so far, but that seems to be changing and most people in the US will feel it later this week,” explained CNN senior meteorologist Brandon Miller.
