This is not one but two cases of sexual abuse being investigated by the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office in Granada, allegedly committed by three students between ten and twelve years old from the Eugenia de Montijo school in the Andalusian city. These are, as ABC has been able to confirm, two independent episodes of touching two girls, ages four and five, respectively, between which several weeks passed. The first took place between the end of September and the beginning of October. Both have been reported by the parents of the babies to the National Police.
One of the two cases – reported by the newspaper Ideal – was detected by the mother of a four-year-old girl (not 11 as was published by mistake), a student at the aforementioned Primary school. The woman realized that the little girl My vaginal area was irritated and red. and he complained that he was in pain. The family took her to the Maternal and Child Hospital of Granada, where, during an examination, they noticed “irritation and pain in the vaginal area”, as well as a “possible break in the hymen”. She was also examined by a pediatrician, who observed no “wounds or bruises.”
Next, the parents reported the facts to the National Police, which identified, located and placed the three alleged abusers at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office. These are three students from the same school; They are friends and are between 10 and 12 years old.as ABC has learned. After the investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office, given that they are unimpeachable, the transfer of the three to other educational centers was adopted, as confirmed by the Junta de Andalucía. It has not emerged if any additional measure has been determined since they committed the action for the second time.
Blows around your private parts
The other case is a carbon copy, although the girl is five years old instead of four and he also had some bruises around his private parts. There was no penetration of any kind in either case, according to sources in the investigations, although they show concern about the age of the alleged attackers and the repetition of the events. At this point It is not clear when the Prosecutor’s Office and the school actedwhether after receiving the first complaint or the second because the events occurred at the school in both cases.
The Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office has only confirmed that it informed the Police (the agents were tasked with locating and putting the alleged perpetrators at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office) without specifying the measures adopted.
Both the subdelegate of the central government in Granada, José Antonio Montilla, and the chief commissioner of the National Police in the province, Juan de Dios de Salas, confirmed the existence of a complaintwhich was filed last October by the girl’s mother, that the events allegedly occurred in Granada capital and that there are three minors under investigation. They explained nothing about this second complaint.
