A man was arrested this Saturday afternoon in the Guipuzcoan town of Pasaia for an alleged crime of homicide in the area of gender violence after shooting his ex-partner with a firearm in Pasaia.
As reported by the Basque Department of Security, the events took place around four in the afternoon in a home located in Pasaia (Gipuzkoa). Once the homicide was committed, the perpetrator fled the scene aboard a vehicle.
Subsequently, he appeared at the Villabona Municipal Police headquarters where he was arrested. The Ertzaintza has initiated the corresponding investigation to clarify the facts.
