Step by step
- Prepare the cod: If you have desalted cod, crumble it into small pieces. If it is fresh, cook it in boiling water for a few minutes and then crumble it.
- Make the sauce: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Sauté over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Add the shredded cod and cook for a few minutes until well mixed. Add the cream and cook over low heat until you obtain a creamy mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
