The International Construction Week (November 5 to 8) is a multi-sector meeting at IFEMA MADRID that brings together Construtec, Veteco, Smart Doors and Piscimad. The most relevant event in the calendar of southern Europe, «oriented (the organization points out) to join forces and promote synergies between these leading fairs in their sectors, enhancing the strength of the construction industry. “A valuable contribution to strengthen businesses, multiply synergies and expand contact networks.”
This union will have the support of the main sector associations, such as the Spanish Confederation of Associations of Construction Products Manufacturers (Cepco); the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Light Facades and Windows (Asefave); the National Federation of Manufacturers, Installers, and Maintainers of Doors and Automations (Fimpa) and the Spanish Association of Swimming Pool Professionals (Aseppi).
Professionals from the construction, window, façade, solar protection and envelope, doors, and automation, and aquatic installations sectors will coincide these days with the presence of more than 550 companies, in a proposal that has the online screening of the LIVEConnect platform. On this occasion, and as a sign of its international projection, Mexico will be the guest country, as a focus of new synergies between countries in a broad geostrategic framework (the Week will have more than twenty countries represented, from Germany and France to Argentina, Taiwan and Türkiye).
Regarding the program of activities (conferences, presentations and round tables) they will once again serve as a direct encounter with the present and future, to analyze news, trends and new perspectives and the challenges and opportunities that this industry faces. This will happen with the Building the Future Forum, organized together with Alimarket, and which will dedicate its three days to aspects such as innovation, Sustainability and Industrialization. The Home Staging and Real Estate Marketing Forum, the Investment Forum, the BIM Forum and the participation of the COAM (Official College of Architects of Madrid) complete, among various options, this portfolio of meetings.
Appointment at Matelec
In the case of Matelec, the International Exhibition of Solutions for the Electrical and Electronic Industry, coincides on the same dates, with more than 500 confirmed companies, present at the days of this fair in which they will share knowledge, the latest trends will be explored and The most avant-garde innovations in electrification, digitalization of technologies in homes, industries and businesses, and lighting, among other areas, will be presented.
The fair will have the support of AFME (Association of Electrical Material Manufacturers); Anfalum (Spanish Association of Lighting Manufacturers); Fenie (National Federation of Electrical Installations, Telecommunications and Air Conditioning Companies of Spain); Secartys, the business group that incorporates the Professional Audiovisual sector; the Business Association of Cells, Batteries and Energy Storage (Aepibal); the Cicat Lighting Cluster; the Cluster of Intelligent Technologies for Cities, Buildings and Industry Domotys, and the Solartys Solar Energy Cluster, as a sign of the importance of this event for the entire sector.
This event, with a new thematic sponsor, IMQ Ibérica, has become the meeting point for professionals and companies in electrical and electronic technology, it will once again configure a unique platform for the generation of new businesses, the development of innovation and the presentation of cutting-edge products. This edition will be based on four main axes; a fair that accommodates the entire sector; high international projection with a complete B2B buyers program (with special attention to Portugal, Europe, Latin America and North Africa); a program of high-level presentations and the generation of value for the visitor to increase their experience at the fair.
The VI Matelec Awards for Innovation and Energy Efficiency; The Fenie stand ‘The world of the Installer’ (with various activities and forums in its auditorium) or the Young Installers Contest make up part of the proposals of this fair, which contributes, as in the case of the International Construction Week, to enhance the national and international projection of their respective sectors.
