KIA is one of the brands that is breaking the market. Its hybrid models, more specifically, are presented as a true alternative to cars made by Toyota or Renault, among others. One of those responsible for these good figures is the Sportage, an SUV with several mechanical alternatives. However, this car has been on the market for several years, so its renewal is very close.

Specifically, the launch of the current generation of the KIA Sportage arrived in Spain at the beginning of 2022. Now, with an eye on 2025 and its third commercial yearKIA confirms the complete revision of this model, thus arriving with a renewed aesthetic, even more electrified mechanics and an interior with even more polished details. But what will the Korean brand’s new SUV look like aesthetically?

KIA launches a new teaser about its most beloved SUV

Just a few days ago it was possible to know what the new model will be like after this approach. However, now KIA has presented a small official video teaser about what this evolution of the Sportage will look like. On the front, more vertical optical groups will stand out and are closer to those of other models of the firm, such as the EV9 or the new EV3, thus getting closer to the new design language of the family. This way, Your appearance will become much rougher and more muscular.suddenly eliminating its current boomerang-shaped lighting signature.

Where fewer changes are expected is in its rear area. The SUV will continue to have the same rear lights, although they will undergo a small revision in terms of their lighting signature especially. The profile of the model, for its part, will continue to be equally muscular as always, with generous tension lines and bulky rue steps.

Where the changes it will receive are unknown will be in its cabin, as well as in its mechanical range. In the first one yes it should introduce new screens or a revised infotainment system. In the section of its engines, greater importance is expected to be given to electrification on its hybrid systems. What we will not see, at least in this still present generation, will be a 100% electric version of this.

The new KIA Sportage will be officially presented at the next edition of the Los Angeles Auto Showwhich will begin next November. Its commercial start should take place throughout the next year 2025 with prices quite similar to those presented today.
