Madness of Jorge Martin when it started raining in Misano. The World Championship leader was second behind Francesco Bagnaia and instead of ‘copying’ his rival’s choice he returned to the pits to get on the wet bike, a decision that didn’t pay off, because the rain not only didn’t increase in intensity, but stopped falling, forcing Martin to change bikes again and therefore to finish in fifteenth position, even after being lapped.
Francesco Bagnaia finished in second place behind Marc Márquez20 points that allow Pecco to return to -7, with Marquez who is instead 53 points from the top. Enea Bastianini completed the podium. Also noteworthy are the two points of Stefan Bradl, who overtakes Luca Marini in the Drivers’ standings.
