Chihuahua.- The Ministry of Culture invites local artists, creators and collectives to participate in the call to be part of the International Festival of the State of Chihuahua (FICH) Bicentennial Edition.
On this occasion, viable, innovative and purposeful artistic proposals may participate in the different categories:
– Specific audiences: proposals aimed at specific audiences such as children, youth, women, indigenous peoples, among others.
– Chihuahuan identity: consists of proposals that promote Chihuahuan culture through artistic presentations that reinforce collective memory, traditions, social and cultural contributions to identity
– General public: with diverse themes in the disciplines outlined in this call (music, dance, theatre, literature, interdisciplinary, visual and audiovisual arts)
The call is aimed at projects that, in addition to being artistically solid, propose new forms of interaction and reflection, to contribute to the formation of audiences and the strengthening of the cultural fabric in the entity.
FICH has established itself as one of the most important cultural platforms in northern Mexico and this year, in its special Bicentennial edition, it seeks to highlight the richness and diversity of artistic expressions in all their forms.
