Famitsu has released the new Japanese sales charts for the week of July 29th to August 4th. Nintendo Switch dominates as always, both in the software and hardware charts as you can see below:

It’s not a period full of news, in fact in the rankings there is not a single new game. Konami’s baseball game continues to enjoy success, and the rest of the charts are mostly Nintendo games that sell like hotcakes.
PS5 does well with the hardwareas it is the second best-selling. Not bad Xbox Series X, which has been selling in the thousands as it has for a few weeks. Who knows if the expected price increase will temper the results.
