In the defeat in the quarter-finals of Wimbledon “many small things made the difference: the level is so high that if you make a mistake you lose the match. The number one in the ATP ranking to Sky microphones summed up the defeat against Daniil Medvedev, the first since he officially became number 1 in the world. Now I have to rest and be ready for the Olympics. Then for the US Open. For me now only the big tournaments count, the important ones. I came here in great shape, but today it went like this. He played well”.
