Two men were shot to death this morning in the José Martí neighborhood, municipal police from the Southern District reported.
The double homicide occurred at 1:10 a.m., on Cameroon and Slovakia streets, near the perimeter fence of the Abraham González airport, a place that was recently declared an area of high crime incidence and where a mobile command center was even placed. the municipal police and filters of the National Army and the National Guard (GN).
Apparently, the victims were taken to that point and executed by people who left 38 .40 caliber and 5.7 by 28 caliber casings, known as ‘police killers’, scattered near the bodies.
The area secured by preventive police and soldiers, as well as National Guard personnel, in addition to Investigative Police agents belonging to the night shift at the Northern District Prosecutor’s Office.
