The last Free Practices to prepare for the 24h of Le Mans saw Toyota and Ferrari as protagonists, but also a light and annoying drizzle partially halted the positions 20′ from the end of the scheduled 60.
As night fell on the Circuit de la Sarthe after the Hyperpole, the teams wanted to try out the final things in view of the Saturday-Sunday race, with long-runs and various solutions planned that will come in handy in the night phases.
The leaden sky finally wanted to shuffle the cards briefly, so the ranking came out with results of relative value, considering that everyone carried out their own work on tires and loads of petrol.
Before the track became damp, Brendon Hartley put the GR010 Hybrid #8 in first place in 3’29″451, followed closely by the Ferrari #50 just 0″076 behind.
With just a tenth of a second behind the leader we also have the BMW #20, the Peugeot #93 and the BMW #15, while in sixth place we find the Alpine #35 with a couple of tenths behind.
Seventh place for the #311 Action Express Racing Cadillac, ahead of the #4 Team Penske Porsche and the #36 Alpine, while the #7 Toyota completed the Top10, 0.7″ behind its twin.
#23 United Autosports Oreca 07: Gibson: Ben Keating, Filipe Albuquerque, Ben Hanley

In the LMP2 Class, Ben Hanley stands out on United Autosports #23 in 3’37″121, also being the fastest in the PRO/AM subcategory.
Here the ranking is more grainy, with Nielsen Racing #24 climbing back to second place, 0″295 from the lead, while United #22 is third, 0″7.
Beyond second we have Cool Racing #37 and Inter Europol Competition #34 in the Top5, with APR #25 behind, Panis Racing #65 – second PRO/AM – and Proton Competition #9 over 2″.
AF Corse #183 and Cool Racing #47 close the category Top 10, respectively in third and fourth PRO/AM position.
#87 Akkodis ASP Team Lexus RC F LMGT3: Takeshi Kimura, Esteban Masson, Jack Hawksworth

In the LMGT3 Class the Lexus #87 of Akkodis-ASP returns to show itself thanks to the 3’58″755 of Esteban Masson, who precedes the McLaren #95 of United Autosports by 0″3 and the Ford Mustang #77 of Proton by half a second Competition.
Ferrari in the top five, albeit distant, with the 296 of Spirit of Race #155 and AF Corse #54, while the Corvette #81 of TF Sport was sixth with the BMW #31 of WRT behind it.
The Ferrari #86 of GR Racing is eighth at 1″9, then we find the Lamborghinis of Iron Lynx #60 and Iron Dames #85 finishing in the top 10, outside of which remains the BMW #46 which this time has Valentino Rossi as the faster driver.
On Friday, a break from track activities, the cars will have the opportunity to run for 15 minutes in the Saturday morning Warm-Up at 12.00 before the start of the 24h race, set for 16.00.
