As detected by users who have purchased tickets in recent days, they now have to accept a clause that prevents people from applying for a refund in case an artist cancels their presentation, obviously this does not apply to single acts of a group or soloist, but someone who is part of a massive festival. By continuing with your purchase, we inform you that there may be the possibility of non-attendance of one or more of the participants (artists) of the festival, so, in such an event, there will be no refund of the tickets purchased.
