The Milan defender has played 2,164 minutes in 31 games this season. His advantage of being able to play as a center back and right back meant that there were possibilities to take him to the European Championship. Finally Nagelsmann decided to leave him out of the squad.

It is true that he has not had a great role in Bayern Munich in recent months, not to mention throughout the entire season, but it was surprising that Nagelsmann did not count on him for the Euro Cup. Gnabry has only scored five goals in 20 games he has played, something insufficient to take him to Euro 2024.
One of the most important players in Borrusia Dortmund’s attack has not been called up either. Adeyemi, who was aiming to be called up to the national team, in the end has not been called up to play in the European Championship with his country.
