In the merits of its ruling, the court indicated that the evidence established the validity and provenness of the accusation against the accused, based on the arrest incident and her confession, but it saw in her morals and her past reasons to believe that she would not commit this crime again, so it used clemency with her and ruled that she be imprisoned for a month, with the punishment suspended. For a period of three years and a fine of 1,000 dirhams.
