Demon Slayer is a Japanese manga and anime franchise created by Koyoharu Gotouge. The original Japanese title is “Kimetsu no Yaiba.” The series focuses on the story of Tanjiro Kamado, a young man who becomes a demon hunter after his family is killed by a demon and his sister Nezuko is turned into one.
The plot follows Tanjiro as he seeks revenge against the demon that destroyed his family and searches for a cure for Nezuko, who, despite being a demon, retains some of her humanity and reasoning ability.
