Inter, Taremi and Zielinski gifts for the second star's scudetto
The championship won is… over. There will be time for parties and well-deserved celebrations, but in the meantime Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio are already flying fast into the future. “This is the moment for us all to rejoice together, we have already done a little something and perhaps a little too quickly because now everyone is expecting something else. But we have already done a couple of things”, said the Nerazzurri sporting director immediately after winning the second star in the derby against Milan.
The Nerazzurri management is planning for next season and has already dropped two aces to strengthen a team that is already clearly superior to the competition: the first is the Iranian striker Taremi from Porto and the second the Polish midfielder Piotr Zielinski arriving from Naples. Both shots were placed on a free transfer, ahead of all the rival clubs. The former will thus complete the offensive department, where he will be a luxury alternative to Lautaro and Thuram. The second will give even more quality, insertions and dynamism in the middle of the pitch.

The Inter of the future is born: from Gudmundsson to Hermoso. Negotiations, ideas and rumors regarding the Nerazzurri transfer market
But Inter doesn't stop here. The dream would be to give Simone Inzaghi Albert Gudmundsson from Genoa: the 26-year-old Icelandic is an offensive wildcard who can play both behind the strikers and on the outside as a winger (left or right): 13 goals and 3 assists so far in the championship, with the feeling that he is ready for the leap in quality in a big. We need to beat the internal competition (Juventus in the front row) and that of many foreign clubs who are carefully monitoring the player. With a price tag that is rising: however, an offer of 40 million will be needed to convince Genoa to sell him. The alternatives could come from a couple of players potentially leaving Napoli: Cholito Simeone or Giacomo Raspadori.
We will try to perfect one move in defense to shore up a rearguard that this year has been an impregnable fort (18 goals conceded in 33 league games with 17 clean sheets): Mario Hermoso likes, 28 year old central defender with left foot who can also play left back. He is expiring and would be another high-level move on a free transfer, but there are also Premier League clubs (West Ham and Aston Villa) interested in the Spanish footballer. The alternatives? From the 25-year-old Slovenian Jaka Bijol of Udinese (cost around 15 million) and Sam Beukema of Bologna (the 1998 class doesn't go away for less than 20 million). The solution that can bring the 24-year-old French center back from Salzburg is cheaper Oumar Solet. Also focus on Nicolas Valentini, a 23-year-old Argentinian from Boca Juniors (out of the squad after having announced that he did not want to renew his contract which expires in December), there is an interest from Milan in the boy. Rumors in recent days also about Nacho who will be free from Real Madrid on a free transfer in JuneHowever, age (34 years) and the costs of the operation make it not easy. Don't underestimate the Kim Min Jae option: the former Napoli player could ask to leave Bayern Munich, but Inter would only move for a loan.

A deputy Sommer will then arrive at the door and here the clues lead to the Brazilian born in 2000 Bento Matheus Krepski who defends the posts of Atletico Paranaense and is already in the Seleçao circle. It remains to be seen whether an investment will also be made on the right after the arrival of Tajon Buchanan from Bruges in January.
Inter-Lautaro renewal? “Let's hope so”. The Nerazzurri offer to Toro
Lautaro Martinez front. Contract expiring in June 2026: two years to go, but the renewal must be found well in advance. “Let's hope, we have to find an agreement with the club, today I want to enjoy this scudetto, we have entered the history of this great club, we never stop celebrating”, the words of Toro on the night of the Nerazzurri's scudetto. Inter and Lautaro Martinez could close at around 9 million euros (compared to the current 6) per year, bonuses included, until 2029.

Transfers? There is no particular requirement. Then if some indecent offer arrived (for example: 70-80 million per Marcus Thuram, who arrived a year ago on a free transfer) there is no club in Italy that could ignore her. Otherwise the idea is to confirm the entire current group. Perhaps an outgoing Dumfries (at 30-35 million) could finance some incoming shots…
Inter golden season, TV rights and sponsors: over 175 million
If the pitch tells of a winning team projected towards new triumphs in the future, the work done on the accounts is also excellent. After a loss of 85 million last season, the forecast is that it will halve in the 2023/24 financial yeardespite lower revenues from the Champions League (elimination in the round of 16 against Atletico Madrid this year versus the 2022/23 final). Turnover expected to increase, amidst capital gains generated by a couple of important transfers (Onana-Brozovic), i 100 million TV rights for Serie A (there were 87 last year) and sponsorships around 76 million (compared to 53 million in 2022/23). Waiting for summer 2025when Inter will be on stage in the United States (along with Juventus) for the first FIFA Club World Cup with 32 teams which should guarantee at least forty million just for participation (we are still in the conditional on the calculations) and give an extraordinary showcase to the Nerazzurri brand.
