Don Rodo, brother of El Mencho and leader of the CJNG, is admitted to Altiplano

ANDThe brother of El Mencho, leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), Abraham Oseguera Cervantes alias “Don Rodo” is located in the Plateauthe maximum security prison located in the State of Mexico, after a judge determined the precautionary measure of preventive detention justified by his alleged participation in various crimes of violation of the Federal Firearms and Explosives Law and against health.

Last Sunday, April 21, Don Rodo was captured by elements of the National Guard in the Hacienda Real subdivision, in Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco.. He was later transferred to the facilities of the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime of the FGRin the Mexico Citywhere he was placed at the disposal of the agent of the Federal Public Ministry.

The armored vehicle that would apparently carry “Don Rodo” entered the facilities of the penitentiary center at 11:10 p.m. Prior to his admission, he was presented to the prison authorities, they took photographs of him and he was admitted.

This Tuesday Abraham “Don Rodo” He was subjected to a hearing for his alleged participation in crimes provided for in the Federal Firearms and Explosives Law and the General Health Law.

It is expected that next Saturday it will be determined whether or not he is linked to proceedings for these crimes.
