According to another document signed by the secretary of studies of the Mediterranean Institute of Protocol Studies attached to the Miguel Hernández University, it is stated that Portugal also provides university and postgraduate training as a professor associated with this entity within the official degree and master's degree in Event Organization , Protocol and Institutional Relations. An in-person teaching activity that has also been carried out this year and for which Portugal, the letter says, will teach 16 classes on Mondays, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., from February to June, receiving 2,805 euros for this service. In total, about 4,700 euros are added to the 50,500 that Portugal already receives as a full-time mayor.

The controversy surrounding the Family Councilor began practically at the beginning of the current term.
