It looks like the Pixel Buds Pro are about to get a successor.
The first traces of one have appeared charging case which seems destined for Google's new premium earphones, Pixel Buds Pro 2.
This is what emerged from a list of UL Demko (Denmark) and Safety Korea certifications, which provide us with the possibility of obtaining additional details on the device coming with a launch presumably in conjunction with the Pixel 9 series next autumn.

Identified with the model number GH8tQ, the casing reveals a cell with the capacity of 650mAhslightly higher than the original 620 mAh.
However, the behavior of the earphones in terms of durability remains to be verified in the field.
As for the predecessor's stats, the battery offered up to 31 hours of combined use with earphones and case, and 20 hours with the Buds alone.
The production of the new models would be entrusted to the Chinese Chongqing VDL Electronics.
