Helldivers 2: An expensive module is stuck with a bug, but there's a temporary fix

In Helldivers 2 there is a new module for the ship which appears to be very expensive indeed. It is therefore not pleasant that once purchased some users are discovering that the content does not work. Clearly one is to blame bugs. The team wants to resolve the issue, but in the meantime if you encounter the bug there is one very simple thing you can do to at least temporarily nullify it: restart the game.

“Some of you have reported that the ship module update Maximum Packing Method is not working properly after purchase,” community manager Twinbeard explained in the game's Discord channel.

Arrowhead is reportedly “investigating” the issue and “looking for a permanent fix,” but for now, restarting the game seems to be the best solution to fix the bug.

Community manager Baskinator then reiterated that the team is “aware that the update does not yet work and that we are studying a solution”.

The new Helldivers 2 ship modules

Maximum Packing Method it's not the only module that recently arrived in Helldivers 2.

Inside the game you can also find Atmospheric Monitoring (Orbital Cannons), XXL Weapons Bay (Hangar), Enhanced Combustion (Bridge), Circuit Expansion (Engineering Workshop), and Blast Absorption (Robotics Lab).
