Chiara Ferragni leaves the board of directors of Tod's, the well-known luxury footwear and leather goods brand. The agency broke the news Radiocor who examined the candidates for the renewal of the board of directors.
Among the names there is precisely that of the influencer who joined the board of directors of Tod's in 2021. Diego Della Valle, who holds the majority of the share package, had recently commented on the entrepreneurs' legal troubles by stating: “Chiara Ferragni has always been very correct with us, she has done some nice charity things.
We don't want to hastily deal with a discussion that concerns the dignity of people.”
Chiara Ferragni joined the Tod's board of directors on 21 April 2021. According to the Sun 24 Hours he attended just three out of seventeen total meetings with an absenteeism rate of 82.4%.
Through a statement, however, Tod's clarified that the Balocco case and Chiara Ferragni's legal problems have nothing to do with the influencer's exit from the board of directors.

Finanziaria di Diego Della Valle & CSrl underlines that the entire board of directors of Tod's SpA has reached the natural end of its three-year mandate. Therefore all directors expire and DI.VI. Finanziaria di Diego Della Valle & CSrl has presented a new list of candidates composed in accordance with the provisions of the agreements concluded with L Catterton and communicated to the market on 15 February 2024″.
