Genoa – The Capolungo beach has been invaded by great fans of winter swimming in the sea. Important participation in the Cimento Rosa of Capolungo, organized by the Sant'Ilario sports club: almost one hundred athletes braved the cold and the waves, creating a vibrant atmosphere of sporting energy. The theme: the color pink worn by each participant. Caps, sweaters, cloaks and tutus worn proudly shouting: “Sorry for the inconvenience” (complete with a banner). Despite the cold temperatures (13.6 that of the water) the competitive ardor heated up the beach, with the participants courageously diving into the freezing waters, demonstrating determination and sporting spirit. In addition to the competition, the charm of the event is was amplified by the sweet delicacies offered by Preti 1851: Sacripante and Canestrelli provided comfort and satisfaction after the adrenaline-filled challenge. The combination of sport, adventure and gastronomy made the event a complete success, highlighting the strength of the community and passion for sport in this vibrant location.
