The brand at the Motor Bike Expo in Verona Guzzi motorcycles has expanded its range of iconic roadsters, with the introduction of the new Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Ten, created to celebrate ten years of Moto Guzzi The Clan, the group of owners and enthusiasts of the Eagle brand that was born in 2014. At the Veronese event dedicated to two wheels, the Piaggio Group brand unveiled this celebratory model characterized by various peculiar elements that recall the logo of The Clan.
The design
The special setup of this V7 is characterized by a black and white checkered band, edged in red, which embellishes the upper part of the tank next to the black surface. On the sides of the tank we find the glossy pastel white, in contrast with the black side panels. Sportsmanship is underlined by shock absorber springs painted red and give them contrasting red stitching on the saddle, also dedicated to this unique model. The unmistakable eagle on the sides of the tank and the Moto Guzzi writing on the channel of both wheel rims are also red. A plaque on the handlebar riser identifies the special edition.
The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Ten equipment
The equipment also includes “bar end” rear-view mirrorswhich give the Stone Ten an even more streamlined and dynamic profile, and the Filling cap in black anodized billet aluminium. The customizations also extend to the twin 850 Moto Guzzi, with i head covers in a refined graphite colour and the black anodized aluminum throttle body guards.
Performance and price
The more 'muscular' aspect is emphasized by theexhaust system by Arrow with Moto Guzzi branded silencers, thanks to which the Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Ten also gains better performance, both in terms of power, which rises from 48 to 49 kW (66.5 HP) at 6700 rpm, and maximum torque, which grows from 73 to 75 Nm at 4900 rpm. The Arrow exhausts that equip the Ten version are available as accessories for all Moto Guzzi V7s.
