In November 2023 Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice conducted a version test alpha: the players who tried the game, however, signed an NDA, i.e. a non-disclosure agreement that orders them not to say absolutely anything about the game publicly. Now, however, that NDA has been removed and Warner Bros. gave everyone permission to say what they thought of the game with total freedom. This all happens very shortly after the publication of the previews in the world press.
The information came via i social channelswhere an image was shared that contains a message aimed at players of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice, as you can see below.
In this one, the team says that it is possible to talk about the game, but you cannot share images and videos of the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice alpha.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice, the complete message
The full message from Rocksteady reads: “In November we conducted a Closed Alpha Test for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League in which players agreed to a non-disclosure agreement and were given the chance to experience an early section of the game.”
“Now that there is more news about the game and players are asking us about it, we will no longer enforce part of the NDA and we will allow the players to speak of their experience during the Closed Alpha Test.”
“We listened to the community requests and we want to give players the opportunity to discuss what it means to explore Metropolis as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark.”
“To the amazing players who tested the game, hear yourselves feel free to talk and write about your gaming experience. Please remember that all other terms of the NDA still apply and that players may not post images or videos of the Closed Alpha Test.”
