What can we expect? According to Phil Lord, producer, the trilogy will end in this way satisfying.
His words come from an interview with Deadline which took place during the Golden Gloves awards ceremony
Lord said: “It will be one very satisfying conclusion. She delves even further emotionally into the relationships between Miles, Gwen, Peter B. and Miles' parents.”
The third Spider-Verse film
The release of Beyond the Spider-Versethe third film, was scheduled for release this year, but the size of the film forced Sony to postpone the feature to an unspecified time.
“Chaos. We are in chaos, just like we were with this one,” Beyond the Spider-Verse co-director Joaquim Dos Santos told Collider last year. “In these films, once again, you think that everything is clear now, that we have developed the system. I think the goal of each of these films is to break the rules every time. So we're trying to break the rules for the third movie.”
When asked about meaning of the film titlethe director responded, “If I told you, you wouldn't go see the movie.”
