The Ukrainian army said that Russia launched a large-scale missile attack on a number of Ukrainian regions in the early hours of Monday, adding that all parts of the country are under alert for air strikes.
“Kiev, take cover!” the Ukrainian Air Force wrote on Telegram, saying the capital was threatened by a ballistic missile attack.
Ukrainian military officials in Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhya, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Khmelnytskyi said their cities were also facing a “major missile attack.”
