A Nissan GT-R Black Edition is being offered for sale by Mechatronik in Pleidelsheim, Germany. And it’s not just any GT-R: in fact, we’re talking about the specimen of the Japanese sports coupe that previously belonged to Sebastian Vettel. The four-time Formula One world champion, who after two seasons at the wheel of an Aston Martin decided to hang up his helmet at the end of the 2022 championship, has used very little this car, which from 2012 to today has barely 150 kilometers.
It is clear that, possessing a fleet of cars to envy that ranges from Ferrari Enzo to Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series, this Nissan GT-R Black Edition is not the best car the German champion has at his disposal, yet the price of resale is very high: the demand is 250,000 euros, a hefty sum considering that it is a GT-R of the R35 generation, but which many Vettel fans might be willing to spend knowing that their favorite has driven it at least once. Having covered so few kilometres, this sports coupe looks as if it has just rolled off the production lines: it is finished in a simple shade of metallic black, it is equipped with the exclusive 20″ Rays wheels which were only available on the Black Edition version, it mounts orange painted brake calipers and features Recaro sports seats upholstered in black and red leather inside the cabin.
