Desk Sales Coordinator Parts & Accessories
In this role you coordinate the P&A order process and effectively support the Yamaha dealer network. You inform them about the latest parts and accessories via Dealer Bulletins. You also ensure that all dealers can work effectively (including through training) with the P&A systems. You and your team members identify opportunities, initiate special P&A promotion and/or sales activities and coordinate both e-commerce and local activities. Training & Technical Support Coordinator
In this role you are the spider in the web of all Yamaha training activities. In close collaboration with the European Yamaha Motor Academy, you coordinate all dealer training within the Benelux, both via e-learning and hands-on training. Via the internal Learning Experience Platform (LXP) you monitor all training activities of the dealer network and you inform management about the training status and results. You maintain intensive contact with external training partners and you ensure that they meet the high standard via KPIs. In addition to supporting new B2B projects, you also coordinate all ongoing B2B maintenance and warranty activities.
