New choices for Xbox Series X / S owners.
Microsoft announced new memory expansion cards Seagate from 2 TB and 512 GB for Xbox Series X and S. Seagate already has a 1TB memory expansion card. The 512GB and 2TB cards will soon be available in all Xbox markets, said Pamela Wang of the Designed for Xbox team in a post on Xbox Wire.
The 512GB card will cost 140 dollars and will be launched in mid-November. The 2TB card costs has a higher cost, we’re talking about 400 dollars and will be launched in early December. To use either card, simply plug them into the memory expansion port on the back of the Xbox Series X or S.
It is possible to install games on the card by default, play directly from it, move or copy games between the local and external storage, or do whatever is possible with an external hard drive.
Recall that these Seagate cards are designed to match the exact performance of the Xbox Series X and S internal SSD.
