Woman kills a grandmother with stabs in the neck and chest in Ensenada

Cove. The Baja California Attorney General's Officein Ensenada, obtained an order of connection to the process against Graciela “N”, 31 years of age, for the alleged commission of the crime committed to the detriment of a woman identified as Raquel.

During the hearing held a few days ago, the Control Judge established as a precautionary measure the preventive prison and the period of 4 months for the closure of the complementary investigation.

After establishing lines of investigation around a femicide recorded in the vicinity of Handlerelements of the State Agency, obtained sufficient data to locate the alleged feminicide and complete the judicial order against him, on February 9, 2024, on Alamar Avenue, Chapultepec neighborhood, in the city of Tijuana.

In the investigation it was established that, on February 7, 2024, the accused would have deprived of life to the victim elderly, in a home located in the Maneadero delegation.

Inside the aforementioned home, the victim was violently attacked by someone who was presumed to have a blood relationship, losing his life at the scene due to injuries caused by a knife in the neck and chest.

The Baja California Prosecutor's Office, calls on citizens to report any type of violence or crime that falls under the jurisdiction of this institution to the line 800-34322-20.
