Ciudad Juarez.- A woman who was illegally deprived of her freedom by her ex-partner managed to escape and call for help; agents from various corporations located the victim and are providing her with immediate attention.
At the scene, agents from the Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) reported that the victim said she had been illegally deprived of her liberty by her former partner who intercepted her as she left work.
The man allegedly took her by force to a home where he held her and beat her repeatedly.
The victim said that when her captor was not looking, she escaped and asked for help.
The 20-year-old victim called her father and told him what had happened, so he asked the authorities for help and they went to the home located on Melchor Ocampo and Hospital streets in the Barrio Alto neighborhood.
