The DImajor announced this Monday the officialization of the dates for the Colombian soccer final between Santa Fe and Atlético Bucaramanga.

The cardinal team reached the final after beating Deportes Tolima 1-2 as a visitor and winning group B.
Bucaramanga qualified after defeating Deportivo Pereira 3-1 and thanks to Junior’s defeat in Bogotá, and its ‘invisible point’ or sporting advantage, for being the best team in the round-robin phase.
Bucaramanga starts the final as a home team, since Santa Fe finished better in the reclassification table and that gives it the right to close the final at home.
Dimayor decided that the first leg in Bucaramanga will be played on Saturday, June 8 at 7:30 pm
The second leg will be played in Bogotá on June 15 at the El Campín stadium, at 7:30 pm
Why those dates?
EL TIEMPO consulted Fernando Jaramillo, president of Dimayor, who explained that the matches will be played on Saturdays because it was not possible for different reasons to play on Sundays.
